Evan Davis
Guide

Evan is a Colorado local and has immense pride for his home state. Prior to joining Golden Mountain Guides, Evan spent his time as an outdoor guide for various organizations around Colorado as well as a snowcat operator in the winter. He is now pursuing certification through the American Mountain Guide Association in hopes to be a full-time mountain guide in and around the front range.

Evan earned a degree in Parks, Tourism and Recreation Management from the University of Montana. He enjoys climbing in Eldorado Canyon and Rocky Mountain, backcountry snowboarding, and playing the banjo. Evans’ trusty companion and training partner is a 100lbs bloodhound name Otis. Both Evan and Otis are members of Front Range Rescue Dogs. Evan is excited to be part of the Golden Mountain Guides family!

“I have always been humbled and captivated by the beauty and grandeur of our state. It is my passion to foster curiosity and harmonization with the mountains for others, regardless of age or background.”
