Description

Rappelling is one of the primary skills every climber should understand and how to implement properly. Without proper rappelling techniques, can lead to slow transitions or descents, or worse; serious injury. Our rappelling clinic will give you the hands on training you need on what gear to bring, safety considerations, types of rappelling and finish the course with a live drill of rappelling from a cliff edge.

We will start the day with ground school introductions. Here we will go over safety considerations, gear needed for rappels, setting up your rappel and more. After going through techniques for rappelling, we will move to the cliff edge where you will practice your rappel!

Perfect for all climbers, and those interested in canyoneering!
